5 Agreements Every Pakistani Startup Needs on Day One
Most startup disputes start with something that was never written down. Before your first client or hire, put these five documents in place.
1. Founders / Partnership Agreement. Who owns what, who does what, how decisions are made and what happens if a founder leaves. This is the document that prevents most founder fights.
2. Client Service Agreement. Scope of work, payment terms, deadlines, revisions, ownership of the work and what happens if either side cancels.
3. Employment Contract and Offer Letter. Role, salary, probation, notice period, confidentiality and termination terms, so both sides know where they stand.
4. Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). Protects your ideas, client data and business information when you share them with staff, freelancers or partners.
5. Website Terms and Privacy Policy. Tells visitors how you use their data and sets the rules for using your site or service.
Our Startup Legal Pack covers all of these in one package.
