Is DASTAWAIZ a law firm?
No. DASTAWAIZ is an online document platform run by an Advocate High Court. Documents are AI-assisted drafts; Advocate review is a separate service where stated.
Are your documents legally valid in Pakistan?
They are drafted with reference to Pakistani law (e.g. Contract Act 1872). Some documents also need stamp paper, registration or notarisation — we tell you which.
Is the AI review the same as a lawyer’s advice?
No. AI output is a starting point. Only documents marked “Advocate-reviewed” have been checked by a licensed Advocate.
How long does it take?
Standard documents are usually ready within 1–2 working days; packs may take longer. Exact time is confirmed on WhatsApp.
What formats do I receive?
PDF and an editable Word file.
Can I get documents in Urdu?
Yes — English, Urdu or bilingual on request.
How do I pay?
Payment details are shared on WhatsApp after you confirm the order. We never ask for card numbers or passwords on this website.
Is my data safe?
The site uses HTTPS and uploaded files are stored privately, visible only to DASTAWAIZ, and auto-deleted after 90 days.
What can I upload?
PDF, JPG or PNG (including photos from your phone camera), up to 10 files of 10 MB each.
Do you offer refunds?
If we cannot deliver what was agreed, we refund. Details are confirmed in writing on WhatsApp before you pay.
